Shipping

All Products purchased from the Website, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). The cost of shipping will be presented to you as part of the checkout process, and you agree to pay such costs by confirming your purchase. Once the Product has been given to Wellness East Inc shipper, Wellness East Inc will then forward you the tracking confirmation details. 

Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.

Multiple Products ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, Wellness East Inc do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.

By ordering any Products from Wellness East Inc, you agree to any and all applicable terms and conditions of Wellness East Inc third-party shipping providers, UPS and/or USPS, to deliver Products you order, which can be accessed at the following links:

Returns

You have 3 days to contact Wellness East Inc after receiving your item in order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact Wellness East Inc at hello@wellnesseast.store  for a return authorization. If your return is accepted, Wellness East Inc will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Wellness East Inc without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Wellness East inc immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Wellness East Inc can evaluate the issue and make it right. Wellness East inc is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or supplements), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Wellness East Inc also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, Wellness East Inc cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Wellness East Inc will notify you once Wellness East Inc have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
